What You Bring
Ph.D. in polymer science, materials science, chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 to 8 years of industry or applied research experience
Creative problem-solver with strong technical communication skills
Genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
Background in adhesives, coatings, sealants, or polymers a plus
Track record of innovation through patents, products, or publications a plus
Compensation and Benefits
$100,000 - $130,000 base salary
8% annual bonus
