Requirements / Qualifications

Under the direction of a principal or assigned administrator, perform a wide variety of responsible and complex secretarial and administrative support duties to assure smooth and efficient school office operations, activities, and communications; provide information to students, staff, and the public concerning school policies, procedures, activities, and schedules; may train and provide work direction to student assistants. QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or equivalent and three years of increasingly responsible clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact. Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED:

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (two letters of recommendation required)
  • Resume
