Senior Scheduler - Commercial Construction

A well-established commercial builder in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a Senior Scheduler to plan and track a busy slate of commercial projects. You'll build schedules that teams actually use and help project leaders stay ahead of what's coming.

What You'll Do

• Develop baseline CPM schedules for commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Update schedules regularly, track progress and flag delays early
• Work with project managers, superintendents and trade partners to keep sequencing realistic
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, schedule narratives and recovery plans
• Support time impact analysis and schedule-related change requests
• Present schedule updates in project and owner meetings

What You Bring

• 7+ years of construction scheduling experience with a general contractor or owner
• Strong skills in Primavera P6 (Microsoft Project is a plus)
• Solid understanding of commercial construction sequencing and trades
• Clear communication and a knack for keeping teams aligned
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field is a plus
