Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of SAP SD/AR (O2C) consulting experience with S/4HANA on-premise implementation or transformation experience.
Deep expertise in SAP SD, including order management, pricing, billing, output management, and credit management.
Strong SAP FI-AR knowledge, including customer accounts, dunning, payment processing, collections, and dispute management.
Strong understanding of S/4HANA O2C simplifications and their impact on SD/AR configuration, reporting, and data models.
Experience with post-brownfield custom code rationalization and process standardization.
Experience in banking, financial services, multilateral/development finance, or comparable public sector environments.
Understanding of financial institution use cases such as fee billing, loan-related billing, and grant receivables.
Familiarity with public sector revenue management and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to independently lead O2C transformation workshops with diverse stakeholders.
Experience partnering with ABAP developers to assess custom O2C enhancements and define standardization approaches.
Familiarity with AI-enabled AR capabilities, including intelligent cash application and collections analytics.
Strong communication skills across business, executive, and technical audiences.
Ability to deliver successfully in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
