Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO, rollout execution, and cross-functional integration and a proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementations, enable plant rollouts, and deliver stable financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO rollout activities across US plants, following a global template.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and align design with business and template standards.
• Own testing strategy and execution support, including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Drive cutover planning, data migration validation, and hypercare stabilization.
• Configure and support FI areas: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Configure and support CO areas: Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
• Design solutions for transfer pricing and intercompany accounting in a manufacturing context.
• Coordinate integration with MM, PP, SD, WM, and QM workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP ERP experience, including 5+ years as a Senior or Lead Consultant.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI and CO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.
• Proven knowledge of transfer pricing and intercompany accounting.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Automotive manufacturing experience with at least 2 full lifecycle automotive projects.
• Experience with global template deployments and plant rollouts.
• Hands-on rollout, testing, cutover, data migration, and workshop facilitation experience.
• Integration understanding across MM, PP, SD, WM, and QM.
• Eligibility to work in the US for the next 2 years and willingness to travel 30-40%.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA experience in cost management and profitability analysis.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and global program governance.
