We're looking for an experienced SAP APO Demand Planning (DP) Senior Consultant to join our team and bring strong hands-on expertise across forecasting, planning optimization, and data management.

In this role, you'll work with complex SAP APO DP environments, helping clients improve forecast models, troubleshoot planning and data issues, and enhance the overall performance and reliability of their demand planning solutions. You'll work across SAP APO DP, BW, and HANA, combining functional knowledge with strong technical problem-solving skills.

What will your day look like?

  • Analyze and improve APO DP forecast models and planning processes.
  • Configure and enhance APO DP functionality, including macros, realignment, and process chains.
  • Work with InfoCubes and data extraction to support reliable planning and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot complex forecasting, data, and system issues and drive them through resolution.
  • Work across SAP BW and HANA for data modeling, reporting, and execution.
  • Partner with client stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for solution improvement.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP APO DP experience.
  • Strong expertise in Demand Planning and statistical forecasting.
  • Experience improving and optimizing forecast models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of macros, process chains, realignment, and InfoCube extraction.
  • Solid experience with SAP BW and HANA data modeling and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently own issues and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

 

In accordance with pay transparency laws in the United States, we are committed to providing salary information to ensure fairness and equity in our hiring process. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for benefits such as performance-based incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks. Compensation decisions are made based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and internal equity.
