Job Summary:
A Salesforce Technical Architect with 20+ years of overall IT experience and 15+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, LWR, OmniStudio, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Einstein AI. The ideal candidate must have digital banking experience across retail, corporate, wealth management, or payments, along with expertise in enterprise integrations, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, Salesforce security, and banking compliance. AutoRABIT and Data Cloud experience are preferred.


Job Description:
This role requires hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) development experience, deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), Salesforce AI, and AgentForce, as well as AutoRABIT for DevOps and release management. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.

Digital Banking Experience:

  • Strong experience in digital banking transformation, omnichannel banking, and self-service portals.
  • Deep understanding of core banking integrations, Open Banking APIs, real-time transactions, and financial security protocols.
  • Proven ability to optimize Salesforce solutions for digital banking customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecture & Solution Design
  • Define and implement enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture aligned with digital banking modernization.
  • Develop scalable, high-performance solutions integrating Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Design interactive, high-performance UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).
  • Ensure best practices and governance for scalable Salesforce implementations.
2. Hands-On Salesforce Development
  • Lead complex Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Optimize Apex, Batch Processing, Platform Events, and Asynchronous Processing to handle high-volume banking transactions.
3. Integration & Data Strategy
  • Architect API-first integration strategies using MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, AWS etc.).
  • Good to Have: Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) for customer insights and analytics.
4. AI, Automation & Intelligent Agent Solutions
  • Leverage Salesforce AI and Einstein AI for predictive analytics, customer engagement, and process automation.
  • Implement AgentForce for AI-driven customer service workflows, intelligent case routing, and chatbot automation.
  • Develop AI-driven recommendations to enhance wealth management, lending, and fraud detection.
5. Security & Compliance
  • Implement Salesforce Shield (Encryption, Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail) for banking regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure OAuth, SAML, Mutual TLS, and Zero Trust Security models for secure authentication and API access.
6. DevOps, Performance Optimization & Release Management
  • Good to Have: Experience with AutoRABIT for release automation, metadata management, and version control.
  • Drive performance benchmarking and governor limits optimization for high-scale Salesforce deployments.
7. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with business leaders, C-level executives, and IT teams to align Salesforce strategies with digital banking objectives.
  • Lead Salesforce development teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor architects & developers.
  • Establish enterprise-wide best practices, reusable frameworks, and design patterns for Salesforce adoption in banking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 15+ years in Salesforce architecture.
  • Mandatory Hands-On Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, LWR, OmniStudio).
  • Mandatory Digital Banking Experience (Retail, Corporate, Wealth, or Payments).
  • Strong expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components) and LWR (Lightning Web Runtime).
  • Experience with Salesforce AI, AgentForce, and Einstein AI-driven solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Good to Have: Experience with AutoRABIT and Salesforce Data Cloud for advanced data management and release automation.
Preferred Industry Experience:
