You'll work directly with executive stakeholders, sales leaders, marketing teams, and operational decision-makers to design scalable Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. From leading discovery workshops to architecting multi-cloud solutions and guiding implementation teams, you'll play a critical role in helping clients maximize the value of their Salesforce investment.

What You'll Do
Serve as a Strategic Salesforce Advisor
- Act as the primary Salesforce expert and trusted advisor across client engagements.
- Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and strategic planning conversations.
- Help clients build Salesforce roadmaps aligned to revenue, operational, and growth objectives.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Partner closely with Client Success Managers to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Lead Solution Design & Architecture
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and related technologies.
- Develop solution architectures, data models, ERDs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Define integration strategies involving APIs, middleware platforms, and external business systems.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and long-term scalability.
Drive Scoping & Pre-Sales Excellence
- Lead solution scoping, estimation, and technical discovery efforts.
- Create Statements of Work (SOWs), level-of-effort assessments, and project assumptions.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to define project scope, identify risks, and recommend delivery approaches.
- Present solution options and architectural recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity.
Guide Delivery & Ensure Quality
- Provide technical leadership and oversight throughout project execution.
- Break strategic initiatives into actionable phases and delivery plans.
- Review configurations, automations, integrations, and custom development to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across client environments.
Stay Ahead of the Salesforce Ecosystem
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products, releases, and emerging technologies.
- Advise clients on innovative ways to leverage Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Revenue Operations, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Serve as a thought leader internally and externally on Salesforce best practices.

Qualifications
Required Experience
- Proven success leading Salesforce discovery, scoping, estimation, and solution design efforts.
- Experience producing Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation plans, and effort estimates.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, and integration patterns.
- Experience creating ERDs, technical design documentation, and solution roadmaps.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive, operational, and technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring or providing direction to technical delivery teams.
Preferred Background
- Salesforce consulting, partner, managed services, or agency experience.
- Experience advising clients through digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to Revenue Operations, Marketing Automation, Data Cloud, AI, or enterprise integrations.
Certification Requirements
Candidates should hold a minimum of four active Salesforce certifications, including at least two from the following:
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Agentforce Certification
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect
- Tableau Desktop Specialist, Data Analyst, or Consultant
Exceptional consulting experience may be considered in combination with certification credentials.
