Job Description

Application Developers develop, test and integrate applications, frameworks and tools in a controlled environment. With expertise in a specific technology environment, they are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management or technical application management of client-specific package based solutions.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended. Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Certifications You maintain certifications on SaaS or Package Based solution and or relevant programming tools language, and relevant methodology.

Core Responsibilities

• UI Development: Design and build custom, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Backend Logic: Write Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes to support complex business logic.
• System Integration: Connect Salesforce with third-party cloud apps and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configuration & Automation: Build declarative automation tools like Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning to adhere to platform limits and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on IT experience with a strong focus on Salesforce development.
• Must have a gradution in computer or in any relavent field.
• Must be able to manage and coordinate with stakeholders and clients.
• Trailhead score must be 150000
• Certification is a must.
