We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Functional Business Analyst with strong, hands-on functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who has spent several years working within Salesforce environments and understands how to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

The Senior Salesforce Functional Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story development, workflow design, system impact analysis, UAT, and the delivery of Salesforce capabilities, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
Salesforce certifications or credentials are strongly preferred.
Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand business objectives, current processes, pain points, systems, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process discovery sessions.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and Salesforce solution requirements.
Evaluate how business requirements impact Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.
Partner with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, IT, developers, QA, and external vendors to determine appropriate solutions.
Provide functional Salesforce guidance and recommend platform best practices.
Document current and future state processes using workflows, process maps, swim lane diagrams, wireframes, mockups, presentations, and AS IS / TO BE documentation.
Present recommendations and requirements effectively to business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
Partner with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing and assist stakeholders through the testing and implementation process.
Validate that completed Salesforce solutions address the original business requirements and expected outcomes.
Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
Build strong relationships across business, IT, vendor, and leadership teams.
Provide guidance and feedback to other team members when needed.

The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst rather than a Salesforce Administrator or Developer. You should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, experience working directly with business stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical Salesforce requirements and solutions.
You will be most successful in this position if you can comfortably move between business conversations, Salesforce functionality, process design, requirements documentation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
