Senior Salesforce Developer (Zuora)

THE ROLE

Drive the strategic evolution of Everpure's enterprise quote-to-cash ecosystem as a Senior Salesforce Developer. In this role, you will architect, build, and optimize complex Salesforce and Zuora Billing/CPQ solutions that accelerate our revenue operations and eliminate business bottlenecks. You will solve variable technical challenges, design robust APIs, and partner directly with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Sales Operations, and IT to deliver seamless subscription and billing processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Architect Scalable Quote-to-Cash Workflows: Design, code, and deploy custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, and automated flows on the Everpure Platform to optimize quote creation, product rate plans, subscriptions, and billing renewals.
• Drive Strategic Enterprise Integrations: Build and maintain high-performance REST/SOAP API integrations and AppExchange connections between Salesforce, Zuora, and enterprise systems to ensure fault-tolerant data synchronization and security.
• Optimize Operational Efficiency & System Health: Identify process bottlenecks, perform root-cause debugging, monitor performance metrics, and participate in production support to ensure high availability and seamless data integrity across ecosystem solutions.
• Lead Modern Engineering Practices: Establish best practices for change management, GitHub version control, deployment pipelines, and the utilization of AI-assisted coding tools to elevate engineering quality across the team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Advanced Technical Mastery: Extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture and programmatic development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Web Services/oAuth) paired with deep hands-on experience configuring Zuora Billing, Zuora Quotes/CPQ, and enterprise quote-to-cash business logic.
• Complex Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to evaluate complex architectural requirements, select effective declarative or programmatic methods, and translate strategic business goals into secure, scalable technical designs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Strong analytical, communication, and consultative skills with a track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, driving consensus, and guiding technical execution.
• Modern Development Tooling Proficiency: Direct experience utilizing version control systems (such as GitHub), CI/CD release management practices, and modern AI-assisted coding tools to deliver quality software efficiently.
• Office Alignment: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
