Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that support business operations and customer-facing processes. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, administrators, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Analyze business requirements and assist in developing technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• 
  
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, enhancements, and integrations.
• 
  
• Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard platform capabilities.
• 
  
• Support integrations with internal and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• 
  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality controls.
• 
  
• Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and release deployments.
• 
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and support materials.
• 
  
• Assist with Salesforce platform upgrades, enhancements, and environment management activities.
• 
  
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support as needed.
• 
  
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• 
  
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD deployment processes
• 
  
   

Qualifications

Required

• 
  
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL.
• 
  
• Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• 
  
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools such as Copado.
• 
  
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• 
  
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.
• 
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
•
