About the Role:

The Sr. Sales Coordinator works in-office alongside a dynamic leasing team with a strong track record of closing large transactions across a 10M+ downtown portfolio, having leased over 3M SF in the last 24 months. This fast-paced role will assist in portfolio operations, client management, marketing, analytical and data research responsibilities.

As this role is a part of our newly launched Broker Development Program the position includes direct mentorship from producing brokers and the transaction manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with financial modeling and analysis of office lease transactions
  • Help draft lease proposals for prospective office tenants
  • Enter and maintain deal activity in leasing management software
  • Schedule and coordinate property tours, including set up and F&B
  • Support and facilitate marketing activations, branded campaigns and events
  • Lead small office prospect tours as needed
  • Prepare office market data reports for brokers to advise clients and identify trends
  • Track comparable lease deals to support portfolio strategy
  • Manage tenants-in-the-market database and upcoming lease expirations tracker

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • Experienced in Graphic Design and Marketing a plus.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
  • General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Sales Support Coordinator position is $31.25 per hour and the maximum salary for the Sr. Sales Support Coordinator position is $32.74 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
