Salary Range: $80000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email

Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Quote and sell insurance policies

Cross-sell additional products and coverage

Follow up consistently on open quotes and sales opportunities

Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in the agencys systems

Meet individual activity and production goals

Participate in sales coaching and team meetings

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of insurance sales experience
• Active General Lines Property and Casualty license
• Active General Lines Life, Accident, and Health license
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while contributing to the agency team
