    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead lead operations strategy and execution for our US and Canada. This role will manage end-to-end lead operations processes, drive cross-functional collaboration with offshore teams in India, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the lead identification, enrichment, qualification, and distribution process for US and CA markets
    • Assist with lead assignment workflows across Account Representatives in multiple verticals (Hardlines, Softlines, Consumables, SOLO, SJO, and Canada teams)
    • Establish and maintain SOPs for lead processing workflows and quality standards
    • Contribute to improvement efforts aimed at increasing lead acceptance rates and lead-to-opportunity conversion

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner closely with offshore operations teams in India to ensure seamless execution of back-end lead processing operations
    • Act as a point of contact between US/CA sales teams and India-based operations teams
    • Participate in regular communication with stakeholders across time zones
    • Coordinate with Selection Monitoring and other partner teams to optimize lead generation sources

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Support quarterly planning efforts for lead operations initiatives

    Identify opportunities to improve and streamline lead processing workflows

    Assist with transition planning for new lead sources and operational changes

    Help drive adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices across the team

    You"ll join the Sales LeadOps team within the NSR 3P Organization, supporting Amazon"s North America Direct Sales recruitment efforts. Our mission is to deliver high-quality Customer Recognized Brand (CRB) leads to help Account Representatives achieve their launch and GMS goals through standardized, automated, and data-driven processes.
