This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who understands logistics, knows how to open doors, and wants to sell across a complete service portfolio. As a Senior Sales Executive in Charlotte, you will develop new business, manage strategic accounts, and position Sciens Logistics as the go-to partner for clients with complex domestic and international shipping needs. You will sell across all verticals including air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage, and warehousing, giving you the tools to solve real problems and win meaningful business.
What You Will Do
Prospect and develop new business through outbound activity, referrals, and your existing network
Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts aligned with company revenue goals
Position end-to-end supply chain solutions across air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage, and warehousing
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution
Represent Sciens Logistics at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver consistent sales activity reporting
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight, or transportation
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline
Strong foundation in domestic transportation sales; international experience (air, ocean, Incoterms, NVOCC, LCL/FCL, customs brokerage) is a plus but not required
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience strongly considered
