Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Engineer partners with Sales, Product, and the Sales Engineering Director to support the successful positioning of the company’s technology solutions to prospects and clients. This role plays a critical part in the pre-sales process by leading technical discovery, delivering product demonstrations, and helping translate client business requirements into effective technical solutions.
As a key member of the Sales Engineering team, the Senior Sales Engineer bridges the gap between client needs and the company’s product capabilities. The role is responsible for driving core technical activities throughout the sales cycle—including solution configuration, technical presentations, and responding to client due diligence—while supporting complex opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Engineering Director.
Given the current team structure, the Senior Sales Engineer also contributes to foundational Sales Engineering responsibilities such as RFP coordination, demo asset development, and sales enablement materials. Success in this role requires strong technical acumen, a consultative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and product capabilities.
