Job Description Summary
The Senior Commercial Risk Mitigation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of risk processes during the commercial (Inquiry-to-Order) phase. This role serves as a subject matter expert for complex contract negotiations, risk reviews, and compliance-with a specialized focus on commercial and U.S. Government contracting. The incumbent drives rigorous risk assessment, contract redlining, and strategic engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial intensity, policy adherence, and successful deal closure throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategic Leadership: Ability to operate as a change agent, managing complex projects with urgency and operational rigor.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,600.00 and $181,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
