    Description

    An excusive client of ours is seeking a Senior Risk Control Consultant to provide risk management, safety consulting, and loss prevention services for commercial clients. This role partners closely with clients, producers, carrier partners, and internal teams to identify exposures, improve workplace safety, reduce losses, and strengthen risk management programs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct on-site risk assessments and safety evaluations for commercial operations.
    • Identify workplace hazards and provide practical recommendations to reduce risk and improve safety performance.
    • Analyze claims data, loss trends, and operational exposures to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Develop and implement risk management and safety programs, including Fleet Safety, IIPP, Hazard Communication, Emergency Action Plans, DOT Compliance, Business Continuity, and Lockout/Tagout.
    • Advise clients on OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Support client retention, prospect meetings, and due diligence efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners while delivering exceptional consultative service.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in risk control, loss control, safety consulting, occupational safety, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, OSHA regulations, DOT compliance, and risk assessment methodologies.
    • Professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, CRM, CLCM, or similar are preferred.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
