The Senior Right of Way (ROW) Agent plays a critical role in supporting pipeline operations and capital projects while building and maintaining positive relationships with landowners and other key stakeholders. In this role, you will partner closely with Project Managers, Operations Leaders, Integrity, Corrosion, and Damage Prevention teams to secure agreements, resolve land-related issues, and help ensure maintenance and construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Successful candidates bring strong economic thinking, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. They are effective communicators, skilled negotiators, disciplined in managing data and documentation, and passionate about sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and continuously improving the way work gets done.
