Join our Practice Finance Team as a Senior Revenue Management Analyst for the M&A practice, where you'll work closely with finance and senior leaders to analyze trends, optimize operations, and drive business success.

Specifically, this role is responsible for consolidated and client-specific reporting, with a focus towards driving actionable insights to improve performance. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and a storyteller; someone who is able to manipulate, synthesize, and understand data before drawing conclusions and concisely presenting findings. The candidate does not need prior M&A experience; however, he/she must be eager to learn and comfortable working in a highly collaborative, client-facing environment.

This role blends finance, operations, and data analysis-you'll be digging into numbers, identifying patterns, and helping our team make smarter decisions. If you're excited about storytelling through data and want to grow in a collaborative and supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Turn data into insights - Analyze financial trends and performance metrics to highlight risks, opportunities, and key takeaways with a focus on our portfolio of Unrealized Assets.
  • Support decision-making - Support monthly reporting and initiatives to help leadership stay on top of billing, collections, and revenue performance.
  • Financial reporting - Track accounts receivable, unbilled time, and other revenue-related metrics to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Be a finance representative - Support partners with revenue-related questions and help keep billing on track.
  • Streamline processes - Find ways to improve efficiency, implement best practices, and leverage technology to optimize revenue management.
  • Collaborate & grow - Work closely with partners, attorneys, and finance teams to support broader initiatives and make an impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills - You enjoy working with numbers and can break down complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication & teamwork - You can present your findings clearly and collaborate with various teams, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at various levels within the Firm.
  • Project management skills - Ability to manage multiple reporting and analysis requests as well as multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset - You are eager to learn, improve processes, and take ownership of projects.
  • Tech skills - Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation experience.
  • General billing and database software, with an existing understanding of relational database concepts; experience with PowerBI preferred.
