    Description

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with an established and growing healthcare revenue cycle management company to identify an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to lead operations, develop high-performing teams, and support strong financial outcomes for its healthcare clients.

Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will oversee revenue cycle operations across multiple client accounts, lead and mentor RCM Managers, and serve as a key resource for complex billing issues, operational challenges, and client escalations. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with direct exposure to executive leadership and potential advancement into a Director-level role as the organization continues to grow.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations across multiple outpatient healthcare client accounts, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient billing and collections processes.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RCM Managers and client-facing leaders, providing guidance, accountability, performance management, and ongoing professional development.
    • Monitor revenue cycle operations across U.S.-based and offshore teams, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and consistent service delivery.
    • Serve as a technical resource for complex billing issues, denials, reimbursement challenges, and payer-related questions, helping teams identify solutions and resolve issues.
    • Monitor key performance indicators, including accounts receivable, collections, denial rates, clean claim rates, and overall revenue cycle performance.
    • Serve as a senior point of contact for client escalations, resolving concerns, strengthening relationships, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, resolve operational challenges, and implement process improvements across client accounts.
    • Partner with senior leadership on staffing, hiring, operational performance, and initiatives supporting continued organizational growth.
    • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, billing regulations, and established revenue cycle policies and procedures.

    Ideal Background

    • 7+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
    • Strong technical knowledge of outpatient medical billing, accounts receivable, denial management, collections, coding, and reimbursement processes.
    • Experience within a medical billing company, outsourced RCM organization, or multi-client/multi-specialty healthcare environment.
    • Experience leading revenue cycle teams, including supervising managers or team leads, coaching employees, and managing performance.
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex billing and reimbursement issues, research payer requirements, and guide teams toward effective solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive results.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage challenging client situations and resolve concerns professionally.
    • Ability to balance multiple client priorities, develop team members, and maintain high standards of service and accountability

This is a great opportunity for an experienced revenue cycle leader who combines strong technical billing expertise with a passion for developing teams and building client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who enjoys solving complex challenges, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited about the opportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibilities as the organization expands.
