This individual will manage daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure quality standards, and serve as the on-site leader for complex residential projects.

Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects throughout New Hampshire.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Coordinate project logistics, scheduling, inspections, and day-to-day site operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Provide proactive problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Oversee multiple phases of construction from site preparation through project completion.

- $4M carriage house project in Sunapee, NH.
- Potential opportunity to support a $10M custom residential project in Moultonborough, NH.
Profile
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a residential builder.
- Proven background managing luxury custom homes, high-end renovations, or estate projects.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with limited day-to-day oversight.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience maintaining project quality, safety, and schedule performance.
