Job Specifications
- Plan and execute experimental molecular biology techniques including PCR, DNA/RNA cloning, and nucleic acid extractions
- Process primary cell samples and perform flow cytometry analysis
- Work with microbial platforms including E. coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae for protein expression and library screening
- Compile, analyze, and document test data for technical study reports and present findings to project teams via PowerPoint
- Contribute to new product development and coordinate activities across cross-functional research teams
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive lab documentation in alignment with company standards
- Bachelor s degree in a scientific discipline required (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of experience with a Master's degree required
- Demonstrated proficiency in core molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, nucleic acid extraction) required
- Experience with flow cytometry, cell processing, or microbial expression systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to lift up to 25 lbs required
