As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Technician, you''ll play a critical role in maximizing equipment performance and uptime across our fulfillment center. Using a combination of mechanical, electrical, computer, and software skills, you''ll maintain and troubleshoot advanced technologies including robotics, automated conveyor systems, and computer-integrated distribution equipment.
This is a highly skilled, hands-on role where you''ll serve as a subject matter expert and trainer, helping ensure equipment reliability through predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. You''ll diagnose complex issues, perform routine inspections, and proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce downtime. Working independently and in partnership with operations and maintenance teams, you''ll help drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Skills That Matter
Must Have
Minimum 2 years of direct maintenance experience, commercial or industrial maintenance-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting expertise.
Experience maintaining and repairing automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or industrial machinery.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, and control system knowledge.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
Knowledge of motors, drives, sensors, controls, switches, and related industrial components.
Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and mentor less experienced technicians.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, customers, office staff, receiving teams, fleet maintenance administration, management, carriers, and drivers.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret employment policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English.
Resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computers, handheld technology, and computerized maintenance management systems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Nice to Have
Experience working with robotics, automation systems, and computer-integrated distribution equipment.
Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and automated control systems.
Welding experience, including ARC, MIG, OXY/ACETYLENE, or PLASMA cutting and welding.
Experience maintaining battery-powered material handling equipment and industrial charging systems.
Leadership or acting shift lead experience within a maintenance environment.
Experience in a fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or highly automated industrial setting.
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
