Description

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a few Senior Reliability Engineers. We are partnering directly with the hiring manager on these key hires. This position is Hybrid Remote. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime and production efficiency
  • Lead reliability investigations, root cause analyses (RCA), and corrective action implementation
  • Develop and execute maintenance strategies that improve asset performance and reduce operating costs
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA) and identify preventive and predictive maintenance opportunities
  • Establish and monitor equipment performance metrics and reliability KPIs
  • Analyze CMMS data to identify equipment health trends and reliability improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate processes and equipment to support precision maintenance practices
  • Promote a strong safety culture by identifying hazards and recommending engineering solutions
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for reliability and maintenance best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5-8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance and reliability within automated manufacturing, heavy industrial, datacenter, semiconductor equipment, Medical Equipment, mining, or similar environments
  • Experience with Electro-Mechanical Platforms or systems
  • Proven success developing maintenance strategies that support equipment availability, reliability, and continuous production
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, defect elimination, precision maintenance, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with reliability tools including FMEA, RCA, and equipment performance analysis
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices
  • Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP or other CMMS platforms, including maintenance planning, work order analysis, and equipment reporting
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools to drive data-based maintenance decisions would be a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
