As a Senior Reliability Engineer at Videojet (Veralto), you will be responsible for improving equipment reliability and leading capital equipment projects from concept to commissioning at the Elk Grove manufacturing site. The role involves developing preventative and predictive maintenance programs, managing spare parts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams, and provide leadership to Maintenance Technicians. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years' experience in packaging, filling, chemical processing, or high-mix manufacturing. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, RCM, Six Sigma, and capital projects is essential. The salary range is $120,000-$150,000 USD per year, with eligibility for bonus and comprehensive benefits.
