Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Accounting & Transformation Manager to lead financial reporting, accounting close, regulatory compliance, and finance transformation initiatives within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GAAP, statutory accounting, NAIC regulatory reporting, cost accounting, internal controls, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting.

• Oversee NAIC filings, statutory statements, and insurance regulatory compliance.

• Manage cost accounting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal controls.

• Lead audits, risk assessments, and finance process improvement initiatives.

• Drive automation, AI-enabled solutions, and cross-functional transformation projects.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in GAAP, statutory accounting, NAIC reporting, and financial transformation.

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, Oracle ARCS, Oracle Task Manager, Clearwater, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience, CPA certification, and an MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
