Position Summary:
The Senior Regional Foodservice Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth across the region through strategic leadership of broker partners, distributors, C-Stores and key customer relationships, with a primary focus on the K–12 segment and support of broader foodservice channels. This role leads regional sales execution by developing and implementing comprehensive business plans, optimizing product mix, and ensuring alignment with company revenue and margin objectives (assigned plan).
This position serves as a key leader for the K–12 business, owning high-impact customer relationships, advancing market penetration, and elevating broker performance. The individual will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver sustained growth while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
