Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent within procurement/supply chain. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. Develop and execute creative strategies to attract top talent for various roles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database. Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have: Min 2 years' experience in sales or recruitment in a corporate setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency with recruitment tools and software. Ideal: knowledge of procurement and/or supply chain roles.
