The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts within the business services sector, specializing in procurement & supply chain roles. This position involves managing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and delivering tailored hiring solutions.

Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent within procurement/supply chain.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Profile

A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:

• Min 2 years' experience in sales or recruitment in a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and software.
• Ideal: knowledge of procurement and/or supply chain roles.
