You'll take ownership of your specialist recruitment desk, developing client relationships, building candidate networks and delivering successful recruitment outcomes across the GTM market.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing your own GTM recruitment desk.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within smart and emerging technology.
Building relationships with hiring managers, commercial leaders and senior decision-makers.
Identifying, attracting and representing high-calibre GTM professionals.
Managing recruitment processes from initial client brief through to successful placement.
Developing long-term client partnerships and generating repeat business.
Negotiating salaries, fees, offers and commercial terms.
Building your reputation and network within your chosen market.
Maintaining an understanding of technology trends, commercial hiring needs and talent availability.
Managing your pipeline, forecasting activity and working towards agreed targets.

We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is commercially minded, motivated to succeed and ready to develop their career in an evolving market.
You'll bring a track record of building relationships, developing business and delivering results. Just as importantly, you'll be curious about technology, confident engaging with decision-makers and motivated by the opportunity to build something long term.
Ideally, you'll have:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar commercially focused recruitment role.
A track record of successful placements and billing performance.
Experience generating new business and developing client relationships.
Confidence engaging with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
Strong candidate management, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage your desk and recruitment processes independently.
Commercial awareness, resilience and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
A genuine interest in technology and the commercial opportunities emerging within the sector.
Experience within GTM recruitment or technology recruitment would be advantageous, particularly if you've worked with sales, business development, partnerships, marketing or commercial leadership talent.
However, we're also interested in successful recruiters from other specialist markets who have the commercial skills, ambition and curiosity to develop within GTM recruitment.

Your package will include:
Base salary: $65,000 - $100,000
Commission: Uncapped, upto 50%

Do I need previous GTM recruitment experience?
GTM or technology recruitment experience would be beneficial, but we're open to experienced recruiters from other markets who have a strong commercial track record and the motivation to develop specialist expertise in smart and emerging technology.

Go-to-Market recruitment focuses on the commercial professionals who help businesses take products and services to market, acquire customers and grow revenue. Depending on the desk, this can include sales, business development, partnerships, marketing and commercial leadership.
