As the company's first recruiter, this person will own the full expert sourcing engine end-to-end, from outbound campaigns and referral programs to qualification and activation, working directly with Strategic Project Leads to turn upcoming customer work into proactive sourcing plans. Qualifications
2-5 years sourcing finance professionals (IB, PE, hedge funds) through recruiting, growth, or lead generation
Experience running multi-channel campaigns at scale, not just one-on-one recruiting
Self-directed builder comfortable creating new channels, tools, and processes independently
Data fluent, able to own funnel metrics and make data-driven decisions
Comfortable sourcing and using campaign sending or LinkedIn automation vendors
Willing to work on-site in San Francisco five days a week, open to relocation
