    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee and drive the recruitment function, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality talent across diverse roles and industries. This leadership position requires expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and guiding a team to achieve hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong client management skills, a proven ability to lead recruiters, and deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and maintain high performance.

    • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

    • Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent, including passive candidates.

    • Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and report on progress to leadership.

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.

    • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

    • Manage vendor relationships, job boards, and recruitment technology platforms to maximize effectiveness.

    • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.

    • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition innovations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.

    • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring goals.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience recruiting in specialized industries such as technology, healthcare, or engineering.

    • Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices in diversity hiring.

    • Experience implementing recruitment technology, CRMs, or automation tools to enhance efficiency.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvements.

    • Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships with business leaders and clients.
