The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced recruiters who know how to make placements.
This is not a research-only role. The ideal candidate understands the full recruiting lifecycle from client engagement and candidate sourcing to interviewing and closing successful placements.
Our recruiters operate with a high level of autonomy and agency, while collaborating closely with leadership and team members to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a growing executive search platform, develop strong industry relationships, and play a key role in building a high-performance recruiting organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Identify, source, and recruit high-level candidates across the construction industry
Conduct professional candidate interviews and evaluate leadership potential
Present qualified candidates to leadership and clients
Manage candidates throughout the hiring process
Client & Candidate Engagement
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and candidates
Develop a deep understanding of client needs, culture, and leadership requirements
Build long-term relationships with industry professionals
Strategic Recruiting
Understand the strategic needs of clients and identify candidates aligned with those needs
Utilise research, industry knowledge, and professional judgment to identify strong talent
Operate efficiently by focusing on quality candidates rather than high-volume outreach
Business Development Support
Participate in client conversations and search strategy discussions
Contribute insights about market conditions and talent availability
