Senior Records Clerk

Position Overview

Location: Washington, DC - Onsite

Dynamic Business Group, Inc. (DBG), in partnership with Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI), is seeking a Senior Records Clerk to support records management operations for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). This role is responsible for maintaining, tracking, and managing records throughout their lifecycle in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform records inventories and assist with records disposition activities
• Provide administrative support for records movement, tracking, and storage
• Support records management lifecycle processes, including file creation, maintenance, and disposition
• Conduct records reviews and inventories
• Evaluate existing records management procedures
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding records retrieval and information requests

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of experience in records management or a related support role
• Experience with records inventory and disposition processes
