    This position is contingent upon contract award. Hiring for this position will proceed only if BGMG receives the award. Position SummaryThe Senior Customer Account Manager owns the day-to-day relationship with assigned tenant organizations in a federal multi-tenant building, coordinating their requests, tracking commitments, and supporting occupancy transitions from onboarding through departure.Key Responsibilities
    • Establish and maintain a customer account plan for each assigned tenant organization
    • Maintain tenant points of contact and identify each tenant's occupancy status, requirements, and open concerns
    • Prepare for and support tenant meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, and meeting records
    • Maintain tenant issue, commitment, decision, and action item logs, and track items through resolution
    • Coordinate tenant requests involving facilities, security, information technology, and finance
    • Support tenant onboarding, expansion, contraction, and departure activities, including readiness reviews
    • Identify recurring service issues and recommend systemic improvements to client leadership
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution
    • 8 years of real estate customer, account, occupancy, or tenant management experience
    • Experience supporting complex institutional, corporate, or government customers
    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple service organizations on a customer's behalf
    • Strong written communication, briefing, and facilitation skills
    • Ability to pass a federal security investigation for unescorted building access
    Location: Washington, DC 20548 (onsite presence required)Schedule: Core business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidaysEmployment Type: Full-time, contingent upon contract awardSecurity: Selected candidate must pass a security investigation for unescorted building access; an existing federal clearance may be submitted for review in place of a new investigation
