Title: Senior React.js Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $62-$67/hr on W2

Introduction

This role requires a resource who can start 2-4 weeks after an offer is made due to business needs. The position involves working on the Enterprise Credit Risk team to design, develop, maintain, and test software in a dynamic Agile environment. The candidate will need to quickly achieve subject matter expertise in new applications and work hands-on with React, Node.js, SQL, and other languages to maintain a high-visibility application.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of experience using Node.js and React.
• Must have strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of Express.js and RESTful API.
• 3 years of RDBMS experience and advanced SQL programming.
• Experience with front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Yarn.
• Understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Sonar.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced programming/framework development experience.
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes/Containers/Microservices.
• BS or MS in Information Technology/Computer Science/related fields.

• Design and develop high-quality web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
