Requirements (Must-Have):
Must be available to work 100% onsite in Houston, TX.
5 10 years of experience as a Quorum Systems Specialist or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining platforms such as mainframes, workstations, and servers in 24x7 business environments.
Strong experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Proficiency with Quorum products: QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar.
Experience supporting systems in a cloud environment (preferably AWS).
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with databases and data integration.
Experience with Oracle databases (versions 12 & 19).
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Quorum products (QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, ECalendar).
Support the implementation and integration of Quorum systems.
Provide support for Quorum systems hosted in AWS cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and server issues.
Work with the database layer (Oracle) to resolve data issues and manage integrations.
Train and support team members on Quorum applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
