Requirements (Must-Have):- Must be available to work 100% onsite in Houston, TX.
- 5 10 years of experience as a Quorum Systems Specialist or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining platforms such as mainframes, workstations, and servers in 24x7 business environments.
- Strong experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency with Quorum products: QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar.
- Experience supporting systems in a cloud environment (preferably AWS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with databases and data integration.
- Experience with Oracle databases (versions 12 & 19).
Preferred:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize Quorum products (QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, ECalendar).
- Support the implementation and integration of Quorum systems.
- Provide support for Quorum systems hosted in AWS cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and server issues.
- Work with the database layer (Oracle) to resolve data issues and manage integrations.
- Train and support team members on Quorum applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
