    SUMMARY We are seeking a Quality Control Technician responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality standards are consistently met across all manufactured products, including electromechanical assemblies, consumer goods, and packaged/kitted items. 
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Read blueprints and specifications 
    • Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards 
    • Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process 
    • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced 
    • Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers 
    • Operate electronic inspection equipment and software 
    • Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests 
    • Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work 
    • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs 
    • Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications 
    • Report inspection and test data such as continuity test, resistance test, hipot test, and quantities conformant and quantities non-conformant 
    • Check products by sight, sound, or feel to locate imperfections such as cuts, scratches, missing pieces, or crooked seams
    • Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations 
    • Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others 
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending seminars, watching industry videos, etc.
    QUALIFICATIONS 
    • 3+ years’ experience in the manufacturing or assembly industry 
    • Proven experience as a quality control inspector in the same industry preferred 
    • Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures 
    • Excellent attention to detail 
    • Proficient in computer software applications 
    • Knowledge of industry products and processes 
    • Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision 
    • Ability to prioritize multitask and prioritize workload
