Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field (or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience)
6+ years of experience in Failure Analysis, Quality Engineering, or Reliability Engineering
Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA methodologies
Hands-on experience investigating mechanical, electrical, and fluid-system failures
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and RMA analysis
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
ISO 9001 quality management system familiarity
Statistical analysis tools such as Minitab preferred
Data center infrastructure or server hardware experience preferred
Mandarin Chinese proficiency required
Responsibilities:
Lead failure investigations and identify root causes through troubleshooting, data analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Develop failure analysis reports with clear findings and recommended corrective actions
Own quality issues from detection through resolution, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement and verify corrective actions
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues and support production teams in resolving quality problems
Analyze returned products and customer failures to determine root causes and support quality investigations
