We're hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for an innovative, fast-growing technology manufacturer specializing in advanced electronic components used across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality strategy initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)
- Evaluate and enhance testing processes including DVT, HALT, and reliability testing methodologies
- Lead root cause analysis efforts, including customer failure investigations and supplier corrective actions (SCARs)
- Drive product quality improvements through specification analysis and engineering change initiatives
- Evaluate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and resolve defects at the source
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, process engineering, or similar roles
- Strong experience with failure analysis, metrology, and reliability testing (HALT/HASS)
- Knowledge of global compliance standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or similar
- Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred
