Job Summary: This role involves meticulous inspection of preproduction materials to ensure product quality and adherence to standards. You will be responsible for documenting findings, communicating issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires accurate material transactions and thorough record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials and finished products for quality.
- Document and report all non-conformances and support their resolution.
- Manage and archive quality-related records and reports.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering on inspection processes.
- Participate in quality improvement projects.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years in quality inspection.
- Proficiency with ERP and Agile PLM systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential for this role, with a preference for candidates who have also worked with quality inspection of finished products.
