Quality Control In-Process Supervisor – External Testing
Location: Tustin, CA
Schedule: 4x10 night shift, 5:00 PM–4:00 AM (Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday)
Work arrangement: Full-time, onsite
Are you an experienced QC professional ready to lead a team and make an impact in biopharmaceutical manufacturing?
We’re looking for a Quality Control In-Process Supervisor to lead daily laboratory operations, support manufacturing activities, and ensure the highest standards of quality and GMP compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop QC analysts while overseeing daily laboratory operations and testing schedules.
Review analytical data, technical reports, SOPs, and test methods.
Oversee analytical testing, including HPLC, ELISA, electrophoresis, LAL, and other in-process assays.
Lead or support investigations involving out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-tolerance (OOT) results.
Ensure instrument calibration, maintenance, training, documentation, and GMP compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support regulatory and partner audits.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
5+ years of life sciences experience in QC or an analytical laboratory
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Hands-on experience with analytical testing, protein characterization, electrophoresis, ELISA, and chromatography
Knowledge of aseptic techniques, LAL, assay validation, and cGMP regulations
