Senior Quality Assurance Test Lead Analyst (Ref: 5891)
Location: Remote

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Testers and Test Leads to support enterprise software implementations, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data migration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing methodologies, test planning and execution, defect management, and collaboration with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in software quality assurance and testing of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex business systems. Two to four years must have been in a Lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating software defects.
- Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira.
- Experience testing system integrations and REST APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Experience validating data integrity and accuracy using SQL, SOQL, or comparable database query tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, vendors, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous QA testing experience supporting government or public-sector technology projects.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, application configurations, and customizations.
- Experience with data migration, data conversion, and integration testing.
- Experience with accessibility, performance, and security testing.
- Experience with Salesforce platform testing, including custom objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and Apex code.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Relevant software testing certifications, such as ISTQB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to develop detailed test cases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and testing scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Validate application configurations, integrations, and data migration results.
- Conduct API testing and database-level data validation.
- Coordinate testing activities with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare testing status reports, defect summaries, and quality assurance documentation.
- Support business users during integration testing and UAT.
- Provide recommendations to improve software quality and deployment readiness.
