Requirements

5 or more years of experience in software quality assurance and functional application testing.
Proficiency in Jira and Xray for comprehensive test case management and defect tracking.
Experience with writing complex SQL queries to validate backend data integrity and system reliability.
Experience in designing and executing automated software testing techniques alongside manual testing methodologies.
Experience with generating complex test datasets to comprehensively validate intricate application workflows.
Experience in conducting detailed technical workflow analysis and providing continuous production application support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional development teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert-level quality assurance services to ensure software applications meet stringent technical standards.
Lead end-to-end software testing execution utilizing both manual and automated engineering techniques.
Architect and generate complex test datasets to thoroughly validate critical system documents and data.
Perform complex technical workflow analysis to recommend and implement robust system configuration improvements.
Troubleshoot live production application anomalies to maintain high system reliability and data integrity.
Formulate new testing procedures and model future software configurations to optimize the overall user experience.
Provide dedicated technical assistance to internal contact centers to support secure record verification operations.
