Role Description
Looking for senior QA Automation engineers with strong experience in modern test automation frameworks and hands-on software engineering practices.
Candidates should demonstrate expertise in framework design, API automation, CI/CD integration, scalable test architecture, asynchronous workflow handling, dynamic data validation, flaky test analysis, parallel execution, and quality ownership across the SDLC. Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and the ability to design maintainable, production-ready automation solutions are essential.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven expertise in UI, API, and Database test automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with the ability to build and maintain scalable automation frameworks/reusable components.
- Exposure to API testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and test reporting frameworks.
- Experience with AI-assisted test automation tools or intelligent automation frameworks is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of functional testing, including the ability to:
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and execute functional, integration, progression, and regression test scenarios.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure complete test coverage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with a quality-first mindset.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
- Experience with Mainframe testing, including validation of legacy applications and integration testing with distributed systems.
