Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior QA Analyst. The location for this role is Fort Lauderdale, FL or the White Plains, NY office. This position is hybrid, 4 days onsite, 1 remote. Overview: We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support software quality initiatives through automated testing, validation of system integrations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on ensuring application reliability, improving testing efficiency, and contributing to modern software delivery practices through automation, continuous integration, and emerging AI-assisted technologies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for applications, APIs, and system components
  • Perform API validation and integration testing using industry-standard testing tools and methodologies
  • Build, enhance, and maintain automated testing frameworks to increase coverage, improve quality, and reduce reliance on manual testing activities
  • Leverage AI-enabled development and testing tools to assist with test creation, analysis of software defects, and optimization of quality assurance processes
  • Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure quality considerations are incorporated throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Support continuous integration and continuous delivery practices by incorporating automated testing into deployment pipelines
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects while contributing to overall release readiness and system stability
  • Participate in Agile-based planning, review, and delivery activities to support successful project execution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or related testing disciplines
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, API testing practices, and integration validation
  • Experience utilizing AI-based productivity solutions and large language model (LLM) technologies to improve software testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and modern software delivery environments
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, quality assurance best practices, defect lifecycle management, and Agile development frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
  • Experience testing cloud-hosted applications, distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, or microservices-based solutions
  • Familiarity with source control, build automation, deployment automation, and continuous delivery platforms
  • Understanding of scalable testing strategies within complex application environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
