Applications are being accepted for the positions of Senior Public Works Maintenance Worker with the City of South San Francisco.

THE DEPARTMENT
The Public Works Department is comprised of the Maintenance, Engineering and WQCP (Water Quality Control Plant) divisions. The Maintenance Division is responsible for all of the asphalt and concrete streets within the City as well as all of the associated signalized intersections, street lights, road signs and traffic markings. The division also maintains the sanitary sewer/storm system which includes all of the sanitary sewer lines, all of the storm lines and catch basins, several storm water pump stations, as well as various large storm water trash capture devices throughout the City.
