Job Title: Sr. Marketing Proposal Specialist

The Keller Group is partnering with a reputable, long-standing organization to hire a Senior Marketing Proposal Specialist. We’re seeking an experienced pursuit professional to help develop winning proposals and statements of qualifications for public- and private-sector clients. You’ll partner with technical and business development teams to shape strategies, coordinate contributors, and deliver polished, persuasive submissions on time.
What you’ll do:
- Lead or support proposals and qualification packages from planning through submission.
- Interpret solicitation requirements, manage schedules, and coordinate input across teams.
- Write, edit, and format clear, compelling content that meets client requirements and brand standards.
- Support pursuit strategy, opportunity reviews, go/no-go decisions, and interview presentations.
- Maintain pursuit records, marketing databases, and organized proposal files.
- Monitor relevant sources for new opportunities and share leads with the team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proposal development and production experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, organization, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative, client-focused approach and the judgment to work independently.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
